Our Policies
The Process
Submit your request online and our team will reach out to you with in 24-48 hours.
All information will be gathered guest count and location and time of the tentative event,
we discuss style of service, menu and possible event needs and add on.
Once the structure is in place, pricing is broken down on the invoice.
Deposit For your Event
Please note your requested date is NOT secured without payment. If your event is more than 30 days out, 40% of your final invoice is required. If your event is less than 14 days out the full amount is required to secure the date.
Set Up
On the date of the service, a clean working space and or kitchen is expected as myself and
Sous Chef are ready to work. We will arrive 1.5 – 2 hours prior to service. Food will be prepared, served, introduced, cleared and the kitchen will be left as we met it.
What to Expect
Professionalism from start to finish. Welcoming and energetic personalities. Beautiful and delectable food for a memorable evening.
What NOT to expect?
Please don’t expect restaurant pricing for your tailored chef experience. Why?
